Poppy's Tomato Toast

POPPY'S TOMATO TOAST @ LEON'S & ANTON'S

One of Natalie’s favorite childhood summer bites is this incredible, and incredibly simple, bright Tomato Toast. Named after her grandfather Poppy, the dish features gorgeous heirloom tomatoes from Sycamore and Norwich Meadows farms, griddled SheWolf Sourdough Pullman schmeared with olive oil mayonnaise and finished with Maldon salt and basil. We love this dish so much we’ll be serving it at both restaurants for as long as the tomatoes are showing out.
