Our beverage and culinary team work hand-in-hand to create and pair beloved regional Italian dishes with by-the-glass selections from some of our favorite winemakers who honor that land. In February we’re escaping to Veneto, brooding and mysterious and home to the dramatic floating city of Venice. The region’s cuisine, like its geography, is diverse, and influenced just as much by rolling hills as its situation on the Adriatic coast. We're excited to share a handful of our favorite dishes like Baccala Montecato (whipped salt cod) and Fegato alla Veneziana (Venetian-style Livers and Onions) to enjoy with some special wines, including a traditional method sparking wine from the indigenous varietal called Durella. Warm up with us in the Dining Room and Bar all month long and enjoy this journey into Italy’s northeast.
